                 A Hague and Wife to C L Austin

    This Indenture made the 26 of April in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and eighty four between A Hague
Sr & Martha Hague of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and C L Austin of Georgia of the second part
witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to us in hand paid by the
said party of the second part on or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, The receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth
grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and
assigns, forever all that lot of land lying and being in
the Town of Hague County of Alachua and the State of Florida des
-cribed as follows: Lot three (3) in Lot Thirteen North of
Depot in said Town of Hague, Section 21 Township Eight
South of Range Nineteen East, Together with all singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions rem
-ainders and profits thereof, And also all the estate right title
interest possession claim and demand whatsoever as well
in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part.
