State of Florida } The undersigned Susan L. Hopkins wife of Gen B. Hopkins
Putnam County    } being privately examined by me in relation to the within
deed from her husband to Col M.S. Perry declares that she relinquishes
all her right and title of dower in & to the said Tract of land therein
conveyed as well as all claim whatever to the said Land voluntarily
and without fear or compulsion on the part of her Husband
Signed before me the 29th day of July 1853 AD   Susan L. Hopkins

Putnam County    } Be it known that on the 29th day of July 1883
Personally came before me Jos B. Askew Justice of the Peace in and
for County & State aforesaid the said Benjamin Hopkins and Susan
L. his wife who acknowledged the foregoing Deed to Conveyance to be
their act & deed for the purposes therein named Given under
my hand & Seal this 29th day of July 1853 AD

Alachua County   } This Indenture made on the fourteenth day
of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and fifty four between John White of the State and County
aforesaid of the first part and John D. Hennis of the same
State and County of the Second part Witnesseth That for and
in Consideration of the sum of fifteen hundred Dollars to
him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery hereof
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said party of
the first part hath bargained sold given granted and conveyed
and by these presents doth so bargain sell give grant all
that certain hereditament plantation or tract of land Known
and described as follows. That is to Say Fractional section
