Brush and acknowledges the foregoing deed to be his act
and I certify that from personal acquaintance with said
Brush I Know him to be the party grantor described in
and who executed the said deed In Testimony whereof

     David Lee and Wife To Madison S. Perry
                      "Deed"
This Indenture made the First day of January in the Year
one thousand eight hundred and fifty Between David Lee and
Ann D. his wife of the State of New York of the first part and
Madison S. Perry of Alachua County Florida Plantor of the second
part witnesseth That the said parties of the first part in
consideration of the sum of Six hundred & Eighty Eight 56/100 ($688 56/100)
Dollars to them duly paid before the delivery hereof have
bargained and Sold and by these presents do grant and Convey to
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns for
ever All that Certain piece parcel or fractional Section of land
situate in the Arredondo Grant in Alachua and Marion
Counties in the State of Florida Known and designated in
a Certain survey made of Said Grant in 1846 by Messers Burr
& Washington as Section thirty two (32) in Township Ten (10)
in Range twenty one (21) and containing Four hundred &
Fifty Six acres (456) of land be the same more or less which
said piece of land was bid in by the party of the first part
