among their creditors. Now therefore the Said parties of the first
part in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Ten dollars
to them in hand paid by the party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold Conveyed
released assigned transferred and set over and by these presents do grant
bargain sell convey assign transfer and set over unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all and

Situated in Alachua County in the State of Florida particularly
described as being the South half of Lot No Eight (8) and all of Lot
No Fourteen (14) Except a Strip off of the west end of said lot No
14 in width at the South West corner one chain and forty six links

Township Seven (7) Range Twenty one East (21) E also all of
the entire stock of general Merchandise of the parties of the
first part in their Store house in the Town of Waldo
in Alachua County Florida Consisting of a general
Assortment of Dry goods Groceries of all kinds including
fancy Groceries and canned-goods Boots and Shoes Hats
and Caps Millinery goods Hardware and Cutlery Glass
and crockery and Wood and Willow-ware and all the
store furniture fixtures and Apparatus including Iron
safe show cases Scales weights and measures - and all
the furniture in Stock Mattings-Carpetings- Fancy
articles and Notions in Stock and generally all of the
entire goods chattels merchandise bills bonds notes Mortgage
book- Account claims demands choses in action books
of account Judgments Evidences of debt and property of every
name and nature whatever of the said parties of the first
part and wheresoever the same may be located or Situated
To Have and to Hold the same and every part and parcel
thereof with the Appurtenance to the said party of
the second part his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns; In Trust nevertheless and to and for the
