                      ?Quit Claim Deed?
    This indenture made the first day of June in
the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Eighty four
between J G Bevill of the County of Alachua & State of Florida
of the first part and Constance Robeson wife of William
R Robeson Jr of the County of Alachua & State of Florida of
the second part witnesseth that the said party of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to
him in hand paid by the said party of the second part
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted
bargained sold and conveyed remised released and forever
quit claimed and by these presents doth grant bargain
sell and convey remise release and forever quit claim
unto the said party of the second part and to ___ heirs and
assigns forever, all that certain tract of Land with
the buildings thereon situated in said County of
Alachua in what is known as the Clinch tract
on Washington & Burns plan of the Arredondo Grant and
bounded and described as follows Viz on the North by
land formerly of Thomas Napier, on the East by land of
Jerry Gregg - land of Mack Williams and Paynes Prairie
On the south by land of West land of Lynch and
land formerly of Edward Haile, and on the west by land
formerly of Maxey Dell, according to plan of said tract
of land drawn by W C Miller in 1875 and annexed to 
deed from William R Robeson Jr to this Grantor of even
date herewith. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, or in anywise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
