State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that Robert W.
Alachua County   } Campbell and Fannie W. Campbell his wife of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to them in hand paid by the Trustees of the Waldo
Baptist Church of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto them the said Trustees Elias Earle Joel T. Weeks and Fair
Neal and their Successors in office all of that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit A lot for church purposes of the following dimensions Thirty
five (35) feet front & (66) Sixty Six feet deed situated on the North side
of Kennard Street in the Town of Waldo and shown by a diagram
attached to this Instrument in writing said lot being a fractional
part of the east half of the South East quarter of the North East quarter
of the North West quarter of Section twenty three (23) Town Eight (8) South of
Range Twenty one (21) East
