agree to and with the said parties of the second part that we
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and
that we have god and lawful right to sell and convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and
that we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
Trustees of the Waldo Baptist Church and to their sucessors 
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same In Witness Whereof we

May AD 1883 before me personally appeared Mrs Fannie W.
Campbell wife of R.W. Campbell the grantor in the foregoing
conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges
before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyances for
the purpose of releasing relinquishing and announcing all of
her right of Dower in and to the lands in said deed
described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint or apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband
