(SE1/4) quarter Section (19) Nineteen, and the South East (SE1/4)
quarter of the North East (NE1/4) quarter Sec (19) Nineteen of said
lands in Township (10) Ten South Range Eighteen (18) East
containing three hundred and twenty acres more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and ap
purtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate title dower
right and interest of the parties of the first in the property pos
-session, claim, and demand as well in law as in equity of
the said parties of the first part in and to the above described
premises, and every part and parcel thereof. To have and to hold
said premises unto the said party of the Second part heirs and
assigns forever in fee Simple.     In testimony whereof The Said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the year
and the day first above written.
