R W Campbell and Wife to John Dozier

County of Alachua }  This Indenture made and entered into
this the Thirtieth day of June AD one thousand Eight hun
-dred and Eighty four (1884) between Robert W Campbell and
Fannie W Campbell his wife of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the first part and John Dozier of the
second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred dol
-lars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
sold and conveyed unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns the following described tract or
parcel of Land lying being and situate in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida to wit: An undivided half
interest in the following described property being the
North West quarter of the south East quarter. The South
West quarter of the south East quarter and the south
half of the South East quarter of the south West quarter
of Section Thirty four  Township Eight South of Range
Twenty one east Containing One hundred acres more or
less = (NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 - S 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of
Sec 34 T.8 S of R 21 E (100 acres). To have and to hold
the premises hereby conveyed together with all the rights priv
-eleges and appurtenances to the said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns forever and the said parties of the
first part do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns for
themselves their heirs executors and administrators to for
-ever warrant and defend the title to the premises hereby
conveyed against the claim of every person whomsoever.

                                      County of Alachua  }  On this Thirtieth
day of June AD one thousand eight hundred and eighty four
before me Saml J Kennard a Justice of the Peace in and for said
County personally appeared Robert W Campbell and Fannie
W Campbell his wife whose names are annexed instrument
as parties thereto personally known to me to be the individuals
described therein and who executed the same and they and
each of them acknowledged to me that they executed the said
instrument each respectively freely and voluntarily for the uses
