and all the estate right title interest claim and demand either
at law or in equity or otherwise however of the said parties of the
first part of in to or out of the said lot or tract of land To Have
and to Hold the said lot tract of land and premises and appurtenances
unto the said Carl Roeser Junior his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute. In Testimony whereof the said

Ella Palmer being personally well known to me to be the persons who
executed the said deed and acknowledged the same to be their act
and deed and the said Ella Palmer being of full age and being
by me examined privily and apart from her husband and having
the deed aforesaid fully explained to her she acknowledged the
same to be her act and deed and declared that she had
willingly signed sealed and delivered the same and that she wished
not to retract it  Given under my hand and Notarial seal this

Know all men by these present that John H. Graham party
of the 1st part and Wm J. Barnet of 2nd part have & do by these
presents enter into a contract & have formed a copartnership
under name & style of Graham & Barnet for the purpose of
transporting US on Route 16173 from Wildwood Fla to Tampa to be
carried according to Subcontract of John H. Graham with
US Government now executed the party of the 1st part have
sold unto party of the 2d part one half interest in the following property
viz one pair sorrell mules one horse & one more purchased of
Wesley Fussell & Dudley for three hundred Dollars one pair
