will be strictly kept to account for all moneys
received & expended & that in purchase of stock or any
moment of general business each party must be consulted
said Barnet agreeing to superintend the business & said
Graham attending to correspondence of Post Master Genl & Mail
department & outside business it being understood that
no genl agent supervisor or any one shall be employed
or have anything to do with the business except John
H. Graham W.J. Barnet partners in said business that
if one is taken sick or absent then the other takes
charge of said business and it is understood that at
expiration of every month a settlement is to be made
& business to be settled up & one half profits to be placed
to credit of each Partner after paying all indebtedness
Now it is understood when said Barnet pays unto said
Graham one Thousand & seventy seven 50/100 Dollars then one
half of said stock & vehicles are his as Witness one hands &
seals this 30th day of October 1884 at Gainesville Fla

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into on this
the 19th day of August AD 1876 between Mrs Christiany Knight
of Alachua County Florida of the first part and William
Thomas of the said State and County of the second part
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the 
sum of Two hundred and twenty five ($225.00) Dollars lawful
money of the United States to the said Mrs Christiany
Knight in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
