and purposes therein mentioned. And I do further certify
that Mrs Fannie W Campbell wife of the said Robt W Cam
-pbell did acknowledge to me on an examination separately
and apart from her husband that she executed the same
freely and voluntarily, for the uses and purposes therein mentio
-ned, and for the purpose of relinquishing all the claim title
to or interest in said premises which she may possess
by right of dower or otherwise without fear or compulsion
or undue influence of her said husband. Wherefore I
pray that the same may become a matter of record. In

Alachua County } This Indenture made the 1st day of July AD
1884 between Wm C Sanderlin and Ida Sanderlin of the said
State and County of the first part and Wm P Edwards
of Levy County in the State of Florida of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Fifteen hundred ($1500.00) dol
lars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part
all of that certain Lot piece parcel or tract of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Lot (or Black) number Ten (10) in Ingrams addition to the town
of Gainesville. The same being One hundred and Seventy
five (175) feet North and South by One hundred and ninety seven
(197) feet East and West; bounded on the west by University Street
On the South by a Street Thirty (30) feet wide dividing it
from W S Lands Block (No 11) On the north by a Forty foot
(40 ft) Street dividing it from A H Leonard?s Block (No 7)
and on the East by the Street which divides it from Block
Number Nine (9) containing by estimation Seven Eighths
