all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur
tenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
  To have and to hold the same unto him the said
party of the second part and to his heirs executors admin
-istrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute. And
the said parties of the first part do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said party of the second part that
they are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed, and that they have good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same = That the same is free from all incu
mbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that they will and their
heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same. In witness whereof the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals

this 1st day of July AD 1884 before me personally appeared Mrs
Ida Sanderlin wife of W C Sanderlin the Grantor in the
foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and exam
-ined by me separate and apart from her said husband says
and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said Deed
of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and ren
-ouncing all ofher right of Dower in and to the land in
said deed described and that said relinquishment and ren
unciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint app
-rehension or fear of or from her said husband.
