and that the same now are free clear discharged and unincum-
bered of and from all forever and other grants titles charges
Estates Judgment taxes assessments and incumbrances of
what nature and Kind soever. And the said party of the
first part for himself and his heirs the above described
and hereby granted and released premises and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said part-
of the second part - his heirs and assigns against the said party
of the first part and his heirs and against all and every person
or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same shall and will warrant and by these presents forever

and Candl Company in favor of Edgar A. Herley issued from
the County Court of said County of Alachua took and
levied upon the following property One Steam boat Hull
one Steam Boat and Machinery One Steam Launch and
