                Johnson Chestnut and Wife to L.E. Chestnut
                              "Deed"
State of Florida  }
Alachua County    } This Indenture made this 16th day of Octo
ber AD 1882 between Johnson Chestnut of the said County and
State, and Maria Chestnut his wife of the first part and
Lawrence E. Chestnut of the same place son of the said
Johnson Chestnut of the second part. Witnesseth that the said
Johnson Chestnut for and in consideration of the natural
love and affection which he has unto the said Lawrence
E. Chestnut and for the further consideration of Ten
dollars paid by the said party of the second part to the
said parties of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has given granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents does give grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said party of the Second part all that certain Lot
tract piece or parcel of land lying and being situate in
the State and County aforesaid To wit Beginning at a point on
the south boundary line of Section Thirty two (32) Township
Nine (9) South Range Twenty (20) East which point is located
Fifty two and a half (52 1/2) feet East of the Southwest corner of
the Lot conveyed by deed of C.O. Bailey Admin of J.B. Bailey dated
the 17th day of November AD 1875 and recorded Jany 29th 1877, in deed
Book "J" at pages 211 & 212 of the public records of said County. And
running from said point of beginning, North Two hundred and Ten
(210) feet Thence East Fifty two and a half (52 1/2) feet. Thence
south Two hundred and Ten (210) feet, Thence West Fifty two and
a half (52 1/2) feet to the point of beginning containing one
quarter of an acre of Land more or less Together with all
and singular the rights privileges tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances, to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto him the said Lawrence
Chestnut and to his Heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever in fee simple absolute In Witness whereof the
said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
and affixed their seals the day and year first above written

                            Alachua County   }  I hereby certify that on
this 16th day of October AD 1882, before me personally came Mrs Maria
Chestnut wife of Johnson Chestnut the grantor in the foregoing
conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and apart from her husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed
of Conveyance for the purpose of renouncing relinquishing
