B.B. Ewing to Raulerson & others
                  "Agreement"

County of Alachua } Benjn B. Ewing and Mary M. Ewing husband
and wife having this day deed by general warrenteed deed to
Raulerson and Ambrose The South have of lot 8 and all of lot
14 except Four acres off the West side of said lot all situated
in Sect four in Town Nine South Rang Twenty Two East for the
consideration of Fifteen hundred dollars Eight Hundred and forty
of which said Raulerson & Ambrose have paid down and balance
of said purchase money Six hundred and sixty dollars to be paid
by said purchaser to one E.N. Fogg by mutual agreement of all
the parties whose names are hereunto attached within one year
from date or such further time as parties may agree upon
touching any extention with ten per cent interest In being
the amount of a certain note given by said Ewing with said
Raulerson J. Ambrose as security to Said Fogg which note is secured
by a Mortgage on said lands and other lands given by said
Ewing to said Fogg said Raulerson and Ambrose hereby agreeing
to pay said note of Six hundred & Sixty Dollars & interest to said
Fogg at the instance and request of said Ewing as the balance
of said purchase money and upon the payment thereof by the
said Raulerson J. Ambrose to said Fogg he the said Fogg
hereby agree to give a written release of said Mortgage & of
all incumbrances & liens imbraced in said Mortgage on said
land this day deed by said Ewing to said Raulerson & Ambrose
In consideration of the payment of said note & int to him by said
Raulerson & Ambrose

Alachua County   } Before me a Justice of the Peace in and
for said County personally came B.B. Ewing Eben N. Fogg
and Geo H. Ambrose of the late firm of Raulerson & Ambrose and
acknowledged that they signed and sealed the within
agreement for the purposes therein specified. Witness my
hand and seal this 8th day of November 1884
