County of Volusia} Hannah Piron S. Edward A Piron to me well
Known as the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
deed of conveyance and acknowledged that they executed the same
for the purpose therein expressed Wherefrom it is prayed that
the same may be recorded. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto

George B. Griffin to Edward A. Piron
Deed
This Deed of Conveyance Witnesseth that George B. Griffin of
Duval County and State of Florida and Mary A. Griffin his
wife in consideration of the sum of One dollar and other valuable
consideration which the said George B. Griffin hereby acknowledges
he has received from Edward A. Piron of Volusia County
Florida have bargained and sold and hereby give grant release
alien and confirm to the said Edward A. Piron and to his
heirs and assigns the following land situate in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida to wit: The North Half of Lot
number Fifty two (52) containing Three and one half (31/2) acres
more or less as shown on the Map of Windsor. This conveyance
is made on and subject to the express condition, that no intoxicating
liquor of any kind shall at any time hereafter be manufactured
or sold by the grantee his heirs or assigns upon the premises herein
described and conveys to be used as a beverage and it is expressly
provided and made a condition absolute of these presents that if
at any time hereafter any intoxicating liquors shall be
manufactured or sold by the Grantee his heirs or assigns on such
premises to be used as a beverage it shall work as forfeiture
hereof and the Grantor and his heirs shall therefrom have
and may exercise the right to reenter and possess said premises
as of their forever estates therein Together with all easements
right of way and appurtenances generally belonging to
said land and the said George B. Griffin covenants
with the said Edward A. Piron that he has lawful right to
sell and convey the said premises as above he has done. That
the said premises are free from any lien or incumbrance in law
or in equity. That he will execute any further writing which
may reasonably be required of him to assure the title hereby
aliened and that he will warrant and defend the said title |
