the said Mary A. Griffin hereby consents with her husband to the
alienation of said land and makes herself a party of this deed
for the purpose of relinquishing her dower and right of dower

personally appeared Geo B. Griffin and Mary A. Griffin his
wife who severally acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
deed for the purpose therein expressed. And I further certify that
said Mary A. Griffin at an examination separate and apart
from her said husband did acknowledge that she executed the
foregoing deed of conveyance and joined in the same for the purpose
of relinquishing her dower or right of dower in and to the premises
described therein and that said relinquishment was made freely and
voluntarily and without any fear compulsion or constraint of or from her
husband the said George B. Griffin.

   Will and Codicils of William Frederick Lawton

I William Frederick Lawton of Wyck Hill in the
County of Gloucester Esquin hereby revoke all wills
Codicils and other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by
me and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. I bequeath
to my dear Wife Agnes all my Watches Jewels Ornaments of the
person and wearing apparel and all my plate plated articles
furniture linen glass china pictures prints Statuary musical
instruments books and other articles of household use or ornament
horses carriages Saddlery harness and Stable furniture live and
dead Stock tools implements and utensils and wines liquors and
household stoves and provisions. I bequeath to my said Wife the
sum of $ 1500 to be paid to her within one calendar month after
my death for her immediate use and also the further sum
of $ 10,000 to be paid at the usual period by law fixed for the
