or upon or into which the same or any part thereof may be invested
or transferred. In trust to divide the same and the interest dividends
and income thereof into two equal parts. And I declare that my said
Trustees or Trustee for the time being shall stand possessed of one of such
two parts upon trust to pay the Income thereof to my cosin Joseph
Gamaliel Lawson son of my late paternal Uncle Ralph Lawton for his
life and after his death to stand possessed of the Capital and income of
half part In trust for all the Children of the said Joseph Gamaliel
Lawton who being sons or a son attain the age of 21 years or being
daughters or a daughter shall attain that age or marry under that age
and if more than one in equal shares Provided Always that if any child
of the said Joseph Gamaliel Lawton shall happen to die in my lifetime
leaving issue in existence at my death the issue in existence at my
death and who being male attain the age of 21 years or being female attain
that age or marry under that age of each child of the said Joseph Gamaliel
Lawton so dying shall take my substitution as tenants in common in
equal shares per stirpes if more than one (and so that no issue remoter
that a child of such deceased child shall take except in the case of
the death in my lifetime of his her or their own parent, and in the
place of such parent) the share which such child of the said Joseph
Gamaliel Lawton so dying in my lifetime as aforesaid would have taken
under the trusts hereinbefore declared had he or she survived me and I declare
that my said Trustees and Trustee for the time being shall stand possessed
of the other of the said two equal parts of the said rest residue and remainders
of the residuary moneys and the Stock's funds shares and securities in or
upon or into which the same or any part thereof may be invested or transferred
In trust in case my said Wife shall die my widow for such person or
persons in such parts shares and proportions for such intent or intents
and generally in such manner and form as my said Wife shall by her
last Will and Testament or any Codicil or Codicils thereto direct and
appoint give or bequeath the same but in case my said Wife shall marry
again or in default of and subject to any partial direction or
appointment gift of bequest if she shall not marry again then my
said Trustees or Trustee for the time being shall from and after the death
or marriage of my said Wife as the case may happen stand possessed
of the last mentioned moiety or equal half part upon the same or the like
trusts as are hereinbefore declared of the other equal half part And I
hereby declare that in case the trusts hereinbefore declared in default
or failure of my children shall take effect there during the suspense
of absolute vesting of the share to which any person shall for the
time being be entitled in expectancy and the same last mentioned
Trusts or any or either of them (and to which such person if of age
would be absolutely entitled in possession) The Trustees or Trustee for the
time being of this my Will shall accumulate the interest dividends
and income of such Share in the way of Compound interest by
investing the same and the resulting income thereof in or upon
any such Stocks funds Shares or Securities as are heretobefore mentioned
