thereto to execute and do all such assurances and things as they
he or she shall think fit Provided always and I do hereby declare that
it shall be lawful for the said Trustees of Trustee for the time being
before all the said hereditaments heretofore devised in trust for sale shall
be sold either alone or in conjunction with any other person or persons
for other manors lands or hereditaments in England or Wales all of any
of the hereditaments and premises so hereinbefore devised, in trust for sale
as aforesaid and upon any such Exchange, to give or receive any money for
equality of exchange And I hereby declare that the said Trustees or
Trustee for the time being shall have full power to make any
stipulations as to the title or evidence or commencement of title or
otherwise in any contract for exchange of the said premises or any
part thereof which they he or she shall think fit and to rescind
any suit contract for exchange and to reexchange without being
responsible for any loss occasioned thereby and for effectuating any
such exchange to execute and do all such assurances and things
as they he or she shall think fit And I hereby declare that the
said trustees or trustee for the time being shall receive all moneys
may become payable upon any such partition or exchange as
aforesaid and with all cover cost speed in vest the same in the
purchase of other manors lands or hereditaments in England or Wales
for an estate in fee simple or of lands of a lease hold or copyhold 
or custom any tenure convenient to be held there with or any
hereditaments for the time being subject to the subsistory trusts of
this Will or in purchasing the enfranchisment of any lands of
copyhold or custom any tenure for the time being subject to the
subsisting Trust of this my Will and I hereby declare that the said
Trustees or Trustee for the time being shall settle and assure all
such of the manors lands or hereditaments so to be purchased or
taken upon partition or in exchange as aforesaid as shall be
freehold upon the trusts and with and subject to the powers
provisors agreements and declarations in and by this my will
expressed and declared of and concerning the said premises
hereinbefore devised in trust for sale or near thereto as the
deaths of parties and other interviewing accidents will
admit of and shall settle and assure all such of the
said manors lands or hereditaments & to be purchased and taken
upon partition or in exchange as aforesaid or shall be of household
or copyhold or customary tenure upon such trusts and with
and subject to such powers provisions and declarations as
shall correspond with the trusts powers provisions and
declarations in and by this my Will limited expressed and
declared of and curving the said premises hereinbefore devised
in trust for sale or as near thereto as the different tenure
and quality of the premises and the other rules of law and
equity and the deaths of parties and other vering accidents
will admit And I hereby declare that if any of the said
