obtaining any renewed liens or grants for lives or years of such
of the said Leasehold or copyhold premises hereby devised as are
held by leases or grants for lives or years ordinarily renewable or to pay
estate money out of the moneys to arrise by the sale and conversion
of my said real and personal estate hereinbefore devised and
bequeathed in trust for sale and conversion and which renewed Leases
and grants it shall be lawful for but not incumbent to
the said Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my will
to procure and to execute and do all such assurances and things
for effectuating any such mortgage as they he or she shall think fit
and no mortgage advancing money upon a mortgage purporting to be made
under this power shall be bound to see that such money is wanted or
that no mon than is wanted is raised Provided Always and I hereby
declare that the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my will
may either forthwith after my death proceed with the sale collection
and conversion of my real and personal estate as hereinbefore directed or
defer and postpone as will the sale of the whole or any part or parts
of my plantations hereditaments and real estates of the United
States of America or the British Colonies or possessions or elsewhere
out of Great Britian and the implements tools utensils and Stock
there on as the sale conversion or collection of the whole or any other
part or parts of the remainder of my said real and personal estates
respectively whensoever the same may be until any future
period or periods as they he or she of their his or her proper
authority and at their his or her uncontrolled direction may
think most expedient and advantageous under all the circumstances
for the several parties beneficially interested in my estate without
being answerable for any loss injury or prejudice which may
in consequence thereof be sustained or happen by or to the
parties so beneficially interested or any of them but my estate
shall be for the purpose of transmission be impressed with
the quality of personally from the time of my death and I
empower the said Trustees or Trustee for the time being during
such interval or postponement to manage and to let upon lease
(as hereinbefore authorized) or from year to year or to cultivate my
leasehold estates whether in Great Brittian or elsewhere and to
make out of the income or Capital of my real and personal
Estate and outlay which such Trustees or Trustee may
consider proper for improvements repairs insurance calls
on shares premiums or policies or the purchase of any cattle
horses mules stoves plantation tools implements utensils
live or dead stock or any other articles and things
whatsoever for the benefit or in respect of my real or
personal estate and to buy provisions and other necessaries
for the labourers and for the cattle horses mules and other
live Stock which shall from time to time be employed in
or be in or upon or belonging to my said real Leasehold
