or hereditaments or parts or shares of manors messages lands mines
minerals easements liberties tenements or & hereditaments in England or
Wales for any estate of inheritance or for any term of years whereof
not less than sixty years shall be unexpired at the time of such
purchase to be conveyed surrendered or assured to thru them their heirs or
her the said trustees of trustee and their his or her heirs exors admors
and assits according to the tenure thereof upon the same Trusts and with and
subject to the same powers provisions and declarations as are hereinbefore declared
and contained with respect to the lands tenements and hereditaments hereby
devised to my said Trustees or Trustee or such of those trusts provisors and
declarations as shall for the time being be substituting and capable of taking
effect And I declare that, the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this
my will shall have the fullest powers of determining what articles of
property pass under any specific bequest contained in this my Will
or any codicil hereto and of apportioning blended trust funds and
of determining whether any monies are to be treated as Capital or income
Generally of determining all matters as to which any doubt difficulty or
question may arise under or in relation to the execution of the trusts of
this my will or any Codicil hereto and I declare that every determination
of the said Trustees or Trustee in relation to any of the matters aforesaid
whether made upon a question formerly or actually raised or implied
in any of the acts of privileges of the said Trustees or Trustee in relation
to the premises shall bind all parties interested under this my
will and Shall not be objected to or questioned upon any ground
whatsoever, and I declare that the said Trustees or Trustee for the
time being shall either in exercise of the trusts or powers hereinbefore
contained or any of them or otherwise as the case may require do all
such acts as shall be necessary for performing any covenants or agreements
already entered into or which shall hereafter be entered into by me for the
sale or lease of or for the granting any easement or easements in
through out of upon over or under the hereditaments and premises hereinafter
devised or any of them or any part thereof or otherwise howsoever in respect of or
relating to the hereditaments and premises or any of them or any part thereof
Provided always and I hereby declare my will and mind to
be that in case my said wife shall marry again she shall
thereupon cease to be a trustee of this my will and thereupon
the other Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my will shall
become and be the sole Trustees or Trustee as if my said wife
had died at the time of such her marriage and in case my
said wife shall at the time of such her marriage be the sole
surviving or continuing Trustee of this my will the power of
appointing a new Trustee shall go to and devolve upon such
person or persons as the same would have gone to or devolved 
under the clause next hereinafter contained had my said wife
died prior to the death or relievement of the Trustees who may
have last died or relieved previous to such her marriage.
