the first part in and to the following described premises
to wit: The North West quarter of Section Eighteen Township
Eleven of Range Number Nineteen, lying & being in the
County of Alachua State of Florida, Containing 161 72/100
acres of land. = To have and to hold the same with
the appurtenances to the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns forever. And said party of the first
part covenants and agrees to and with the said party of the
second part that he hath not done or suffered anything
to be done to impair the title to said described premises

Rock Island & State of Illinois, personally appeared Joseph
W Brackett whose name is affixed as a subscribing
witness to the foregoing Deed between George W Eagan and
Elijah Brackett and who being first duly sworn deposes and says
that the said George W Eagan duly signed sealed & delivered the
foregoing Deed to Eliz M Brackett as his act & deed in the
presence of him the said Joseph W Brackett and also in the
presence of Ira S Fields the other subscribing witness to said
Deed who then and there at the request of the said George W
Eagan duly signed and attested the same in the presence
of the deponent and of the said George W Eagan The Grantor
  And I further certify that this proof and acknowledge
ment is made in the City and County of Rock Island
in said State of Illinois, and that there is no Commis
sioner of Deeds appointed by the Governor of Florida within
said city and county of Rock Island, that the Jurisdiction
of said County Court extends over the said County of
Rock Island and the said County Court is a Court of
