   This Indenture made the Twenty fifth day of September
in the year of Our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and eighty
three between Samuel B Thompson and his wife Laura
D M Thompson of the County of Columbia and State of Florida
of the first part and Samuel Boteler Thompson of the County and
State aforesaid of the second part: Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Two thousand Dollars Lawful money of the United
States of America to us in hand paid by the said party of
the second part at or before The ensealing and delivery of these
presents The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged doth granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida described
as follows: The North half of the South West quarter
and the Northwest quarter of the South East quarter and
the North East quarter of the North East quarter and the
North West quarter all of Section Thirty six in Township
Seven Range Nineteen S & E. Also the south half on Lots
Nos one and Two in Section Two in Township Eight Range
Nineteen S & E containing five hundred acres more
or less, including the south half of the North 1/2 of Lot
No One in Section One T8 R18 S & E. Together with all
and singular the right title interest tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof, and also all the estate right title
interest dower and right of dower separate estate property pos
session claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
as in equity of the said partys of the first part of in and
to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the
