Do hereby Certify That Frank Palmer and Ella Palmer his wife
parties to a certain Deed bearing date on the Twenty first day
of December AD 1883 and hereunto annexed personally appeared
before me in the District aforesaid the said Frank Palmer and
Ella Palmer being personally well known to me to be the persons 
who executed the said Deed and acknowledged the same to be
their act and deed and the said Ella Palmer being of ful age
and being by me examined privily and apart from her husband
and having the Deed aforesaid fully explained to her acknowledged
the same to be her act and deed and declared that she had
willingly signed sealed and delivered the same and that she
wish not to retract it. Given under my hand and official

      To All to whom these presents shall come greeting
Certificate }
No 2774     } Whereas Mary Moody of Alachua County 
Florida has deposited in the General Land office of the United 
States a certificate of the Register of the land office at 
Newnansville whereby it appears that full payment has been 
made by the said Mary Moody to the provisions of the Act of 
Congress of the 24th of April 1820 entitled "An act making 
further provision for the sale of the public lands for 
the West half of Lot numbered Five of Section Nine in
Township Eight South of Range Eighteen East in the
district of Lands subject to Sale at Newnansville Florida
Thirty four acres according to the Official Plat of the 
Survey of the said Lands returned to the General Land Office 
by the Surveyor General which said tract has been purchased 
by the said Mary Moody Now Know Ye, That the United 
States of America in consideration of the premises and in 
conformity with the Several acts of Congress in such case 
made and provided have given and granted and by these 
presents do give and grant unto the said Mary Moody
