                  "Deed"
 This Indenture made this 11th day of August AD 1884
between Mary Ann Criswell of Alachua County and State
of Florida of the first part and David A. Moody of the County
State above written of the second part Witnesseth that the party
of the first part for and in consideration of Two hundred dollars
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted sold conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant sell convey and confirm unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and and assigns forever the
following land to wit: West half of lot No five of Section Nine
in Township Eight South of Range Eighteen East Containing
Thirty four acres Together with all and singular the appurten
=ances and hereditaments thereunto belonging and the reversion
and remainders rents issues and profits: and all the Estate
title interest and demand of the part of the first part in law and
Equity of in and to said premises with the appurtenances To Have
and to Hold the above described premises and appurtenances to
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
and the said party of the first part by these presents for
her heirs Executors and administrators will forever warrant and
defend said premises and every part thereof to said party of
