being in the County of Alachua in said State of Florida
To Have and to Hold unto the said Sydney I Wailes and
his heirs and assigns forever. In Testimony Whereof the said
Trustees have hereunto subscribed their names and affixed their
seals and have caused the seal of "The Florida State Land
Office" to be hereunto affixed at the Capitol in the City of
Tallahassee on this Twenty Third day of April AD Eighteen

This Indenture made and entered into this
the tenth day of October AD 1883 between Sydney I Wailes
and Mary V Wailes his wife parties of the first part
of the City of Washington District of Columbia and
George Henry Rich of Alachua County Florida party
of the second part Witnesseth That the said parties
of the first party the said Mary V Wailes making herself
a party to the conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing
her dower and right of dower in and to the lands and
property hereby conveyed have or and in consideration
of the sum of Fifteen hundred and fifty six and 86/100
dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged granted bargained and sold
and do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
all those lands situate in Alachua County State of
Florida and known and described as follows: The
North half of the North East quarter; the South West
quarter of the North East quarter of the North West quarter
and the South half of Section Twenty two (22) the
