second part his heirs executors administrators 
or assigns, forever, And the said party of the first 
part for himself as trustee as aforesaid and for his 
successors in trust and for the Peninsular Railroad 
Company and its successors and assigns doth hereby 
Covenant to and with the said party of the second part 
his heirs executors administrators and assigns that 
the said Peninsular Railroad Company acquired the 
above described lands as successors of the Florida
Rail Road Company by Deed from the State of Florida 
and that the party of the first part as Trustee as 
aforesaid hath full right and power to Convey all the 
estate right title claim interest and demand of in and to 
the above described lands which the said Peninsular 
Railroad Company acquired therein by virtue of said 
Deed and that neither the Peninsular Railroad Com-
pany nor the said party of the first part as trustee 
has done or omitted to do any act or thing whereby 
or by reason of which the estate thereto so acquired 
by said Railroad Company has become impaired 
or in anywise diminished or encumbered  
In Testimony Whereof the said party of the first part 
has hereunto Subscribed his name and set his seal

this thirteenth day of November AD 1883 before me 
the undersigned George T. Curtis Jr Commissioner of the 
State of Florida in the State of New York to take ac-
knowledgment of Deeds to be recorded in Florida 
personally appeared Edward N. Dickerson Known to me 
as the person described in and who executed the fore-
going deed and acknowledged the execution thereof 
to be his act and deed and for the uses and purposes therein 
expressed. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
