Maria A. Gladwin To Wm H. Rhoads
"Deed"
This Indenture made the 17th day of March in the
Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
four Between Maria A. Gladwin and Stephen N.
Gladwin of the County of Putnam and State of Florida
of the first part and William H. Rhoads of Melrose
Alachua Co State of Florida of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Three hundred and
Twenty five dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the Second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has granted bargained sold aliened
remised released Conveyed and Confirmed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release
Convey and Confirm unto the said party of the Second
part and his heirs and assigns forever all of the
following tract or parcel of land lying and being in the
town of Melrose and State of Florida described as
follows - Lot Number Thirteen (13) as laid down on the
map of said Town bounded as follows: on the North
by lot No Twelve (12) on the east by Hampton Street
on the South by Pine Street on the West by lot No Thirteen
(13) and Containing one hundred and fifty in the
Square the whole being according to the Maps of
Public Survey of the State a portion of Section Thirteen
(13) in Township Nine (9) South of Range Twenty Two
(22) East - together with all and Singular the rights and
privileges tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof, And also all the estate right
title interest dower and right of dower Separate estate
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said party of the
first part of in and to the Same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances: To Have and
to Hold the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns to his own
proper use benefit and behoof forever.
And the said party of the first part for themselves and
for their heirs executors and administrators do Covenant
