G.W.A. McRae To John Wolf and Wm M. Rhoads
           "Deed"
This Indenture made the Twenty Ninth day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty four Between G.W.A. McRae and wife Frances
M. McRae of Putnam County Florida of the first part
and John Wolf and William M. Rhoads of the second
part: Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred lawful
money of the United States of America well and truly paid
by the said party of the second part to the said party of the
first part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released
Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien enfeoff release Convey and Confirm
unto the said party of the second part their heirs and
assigns All that Certain Lot or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida
situated in the town of Melrose and known and des-
Cribed on the Map of said town as the entire East
half of Lot Number Thirty Seven (37) bounded as
follows on the North by Bellamy Avenue Seventy
five (75) feet on the East by Hampton Street one
hundred and fifty (150) feet on the South by lot
Number Forty four Seventy five (75) feet and on the
West One hundred and fifty (150) feet by the West
half of said lot number Thirty Seven (37)
