A. Hague Sr & Wife To John G. Dampier
"Deed"
This Indenture made 21 day of July AD 1884 between A.
Hague Sr of Alachua County and State of Florida of the
first part and John G. Dampier of Alachua County State
of Florida of the second part. Witnesseth that the parties of
the first part for and in Consideration of the sum of
Twenty five dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted Sold Conveyed and
Confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell Con-
vey and Confirm unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever the following land to wit:
Lot Five (5) in Lot Thirteen lying North of Rail Road
Depot in the town of Hague extending thirty feet from
east to westward along the right of way of said Rail
Road and one hundred from the South to the Northward
according to plan of said Town of Hague recorded in
the Clerks office in said County together with all
and singular the appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging and the reversion remainders rents
issues and profits and all the estate title and demand of
the parties of the first part in law and equity of in and to
said premises with the appurtenances. To Have And To
Hold the above described premises and appurtenances
to the Said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever and the said parties of the first part by these
presents for their Heirs executors and administrators
will forever warrant and defend said premises and
every part thereof to said party of the second part their
heirs and assigns against all persons lawfully claiming or
to claim the Same. Witness our hands and seals the
