Justice of the Peace in and for said County A. Hague
Sr. and Mrs. Martha Hague wife of A. Hague Sr. to me
well known as the persons who executed the foregoing
deed and acknowledged they executed the same for
the purposes therein expressed and the said Mrs 
Martha Hague wife of A. Hague Sr being examined
separate and apart from her said husband ac-
knowledged it to be her free act and deed without
fear or compulsion

            "Deed"
This Indenture made the fourteenth day of October
in the year one thousand eight hundred and Eighty four
between Dr. Gustave Breaux Underhill of New Orleans
in the state of Louisiana party hereto of the first part
and Z.T. Taylor of the county of Alachua State of
Florida of the second part. Witnesseth that for and
in consideration of the sum of one hundred and
Seventy five dollars lawful money of the United
States unto the said party of the first part in hand
paid by said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowlesged and the said party of 
the second part his heirs executors and administrators
forever released and discharged as the premises
the said party of the first part has granted bar-
gained sold aliened revised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bar-
sell alien revise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs
and assigns forever All and singular that certain
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua State of Florida containing more
or less fourteen and a half acres: and being in the
