North East quarter of sections No Thirteen in Township
No Eleven Range No Nineteen - Together with all and
singular the tenanments hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the rever-
sion or reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof. And Also all the estate
right title and interest posession claim and de-
mand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said party of the first part of and to the same and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
to Have and to hold the above granted bargained
and described premises with the appurtenances unto
the said  party of the second part his heirs and assigns
to his & their own proper use benefit and behoof forever
And the said Dr. Gustave Breaux Underhill for himself
& his heirs the above described and hereby granted and
released premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said part of the second
part heirs and assigns against the said part of the
first part and against all and every person and 
persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
the same shall and will warrant and by theses pres-
ents forever defend

teenth day of October AD one thousand eight hundred
and eighty four before me the undersigned a commis-
sioner of the state of Florida in and for the state of Louis-
iana duly commissioned and authorized to take the acknowl
edgement of deeds to administer oaths and affirmations
to be used or recorded in said state of Florida
personally appeared the above anmed Dr. Gustave
Breaux Underhill to me well known to be the person
who executed the foreging conveyance by him sealed
and subscribed and the said Dr. Gustave Breaux Underhill 
acknowlegded the execution thereof to be his free act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
