Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this the 13 day of November one thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty four between Mary Jane Robinson
wife of James R. Robinson deceased and M.A. Juriah Robinson
Robert E.L. Robinson Lilly J. Robinson and Mary J.
Robinson Children of James R. and Mary J. Robinson
parties of the first part and Robin Goldwire party of
the second part all of Alachua County and State of
Florida - Witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part for and in Consideration of fifty dollars paid
to James R. Robinson the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged hath bargained and sold and by these
presents doth bargain grant and sell Convey and Con-
firm unto the said Robin Goldwire party of the
second part his heirs executors administrators and
assigns The North West quarter of the South East Quarter
of Section Thirty one in Township Six South of Range
Nineteen East Containing forty acres more or less together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper-
taining and all of our individual estate right title
and interest dower and right of Dower to the said forty
acres or any part thereof
