parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party

ties of the first part and their heirs and against all
and every person and persons whomsoever lawfully
Claiming or to claim the same Shall and will warrant

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I Kissiah Hodges wife of Edwin D. Hodges grantor
in the foregoing Deed Conveying real estate for and in
Consideration of the premises in said deed mentioned
and one Dollar to me in hand paid by Moses An-
derson Grantee in said Deed mentioned the receipt Whereof
is hereby acknowledged have remised released relin-
quished renounced and by these presents do remise
release relinquish renounce and forever quit-claim
unto the said Moses Anderson all my Dower and right
of Dower in and to the lands in the foregoing Deed mentioned
and Conveyed - To have and to hold the Same unto the Said
Moses Anderson heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby
acknowledge that I do the Same freely and voluntarily
and without any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or
fear of or from my said husband

this the Seventeenth day of June AD 1881 -

Alachua County   } Be it remembered that on this the
17 day of June AD 1881 personally came before me an
acting Justice of the Peace Kissiah Hodges wife of Edwin
D. Hodges who upon an examination by me held
Separate and apart from her husband acknowledged
that she did make Sign and seal the foregoing re-
nunciation relinquishment and acknowledgement
freely voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
