property herein and hereby Conveyed and that I have
good and lawful right to sell and Convey the Same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
Kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs ex-
ecutors and administrators Shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto him the said

istrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the Same

This Indenture made the thirty first day of May Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and Eighty four Between
David L. Yulee of the City of Fernandina County of
Nassau and State of Florida and Nonie C. his wife
parties of the first part and The Indiana and Florida
Orange growing association party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Four Thousand dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
