                  & David T.S. Fuller and myself acknowledge and
                  declare that I did make myself a part to and
                  executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance for the pur-
                  pose of Conveying all of my interest of any sort whether
                  of fee or dower in and to the lands therein described
                  and granted and that I did the Same freely and
                  voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint
                  apprehension or fear of or from my said husband
