This Indenture made the Twentyeth day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Eighty four Between William Jaudon and
Rebecca Jaudon his wife of the County of Effing-
ham and State of Georgia parties of the first part
and Miles Price of the County of Duval and State of
Florida party of the second part: Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in Consideration of
the sum of One hundred and Fifty dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to the in hand paid
by the said party of the second Part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
Sold aliened remised released Conveyed and Con-
firmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien remise release Convey and Confirm unto the
Said party of the second part and his heirs and
assigns forever All the interest of the said Rebecca
Jaudon as one of the heirs at law of her father the
late James Winter in and to that Certain tract
of land Situate lying and being in Alachua County
Florida and more particularly described as fol
lows - Section Six (6) Township Ten (10) South
Range Twenty One (21) East Containing Six hun-
dred and Forty (640) acres more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements heredi-
taments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
