This Indenture made the Twenty Ninth day of August Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and Eighty four - Between William
Dole Single of the town of Waldo County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part and Susan
M. Bartleson State of Illinois party of the Second part
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and
in Consideration of the sum of Five hundred dollars law-
ful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid
by the said part of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened rem-
ised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell aliene remise release Con-
vey and Confirm unto the said party of the Second part her
heirs and assigns forever all that Certain Lot Tract or
Parcel of land Situate lying and being in the Town of
Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida and Known
and described on the Public records of said County as A
fractional part of the west half of the North East Quarter
of the South East Quarter of Section Fourteen (14) Town
(8) Eight South, of Range (21) Twenty one East said lot having
a frontage of (396) Three hundred and Ninety Six feet on
Marion Avenue Commencing at the South West Corner of said
tract and running East 660 feet being a paralelagram in
form & Containing Six acres more or less excepting the
right of way for Madison Avenue of 30 ft = See diagram
Together with all and Singular the land tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof also all the estate right title interest dower and right
of dower property possession claim and demand what-
soever as well in law as in equity of the said parties of
the first part of in and to the Same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances - To Have and to
Hold the above granted bargained and described prem-
ises with the appurtenances: To have and to hold the

Second part her heirs and assigns to her own proper use
benefit and behoof forever. And the said party of the
first part for himself and his heirs and assigns does
