a subscribing witness to the foregoing conveyance, known to me,
appeared before me this day and being duly sworn stated that
Jas P Richardson the grantor in the conveyance voluntarily execu
-ted the same in his presence and in the presence of the other subsc-
ribing witness on the day the same bears date; that he attested the
same in the presence of the grantor and of the other witness, and that
such other witness subscribed his name as a witness in his presence.

            This Indenture made the 20th day of September in the year
of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and eighty two between Mrs
Cynthy J Waits and her husband Calvin Waits of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and Mrs Esther
E Jolly of Alachua County and State of Florida of the second
part witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to them in hand paid
by the said parties of the second part at on before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac
knowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell align remise release convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever all
that lot of land lying and being in the town of Hawthorn
and State of Florida described as follows: Beginning at the
Northwest corner of lot two in Block two platted in Waits Crossing
Thence North 12 o East Two hundred and eleven feet. Thence South
Two hundred and nine feet; thence west fifty eight feet to point of
beginning, being a triangle. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
on in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions
remainders and profits thereof and also all the estate title
interest possession claim and demand whatsoever as well
in law as in equity, of the said parties of the first part
