                           "Deed"
     This Indenture made this thirty first day of March
AD 1884 between Leopold Wertheim and Laura Wertheim his
wife of the county of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the first part and James S. Jolly of the county of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of One hundred Dollars to him in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has bargained sold
and transferred and by these presents do bargain sell and
transfer unto the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns forever that certain parcel of land lying and being
in the county of Alachua and State of Florida and more
particularly described as follows:  Beginning at the South East
corner of the South East quarter of the South West quarter of section
(26) Twenty six Township (10) Ten south of Range (22) Twenty Two
East thence west along the south line of said section two hun
-dred and nine and one half feet to point of commencement
thence north at a right angle with said South line of said Sec
-tion three acres Thence West Two hundred and nine and on
half feet thence south three acres back to the south line
of said forty acre tract thence East Two hundred and nine
and one half feet back to place of commencement. Intending
hereby to convey a tract of land one acre wide and three
acres long being the tract bought by said Wertheim from
Simon Lamps Aug 9th AD 1882.  Together with all the tenem
ents hereditaments and appurtenances with every privelege
right title interest and estate Dower and right of dower
       remainder
reversion ^ and easement thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining.  To have and to hold the same in
fee simple forever.  And the said party of the first
part does covenant with the said party of the second
