Florida Land and Immigration Co to Mina D. Downing
                     "Deed"
  This Indenture made and entered into on this the Tenth day 
of June in the year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and 
Eighty four between the Florida Land and Immigration Company a 
body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida party of the 
first part and Mrs Mina D. Downing party of the second part.
Witnesseth: that the said party of the first part for and in cons
-ideration of Four hundred dollars lawful money of the United 
States of America to it in hand paid by the said party of 
the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these 
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given gra
-nted aliened bargained sold transferred conveyed and conf
-irmed and does by these presents give grant alien bargain 
sell transfer remise release convey and confirm unto the said 
party of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever 
all that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and 
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and Known 
and described on the public maps and records of said State as 
Lot Five (or East half of Fractional South East quarter of 
Section Fifteen, in Township Eight, South, and Range Eighteen 
East, Containing Eighty acres more or less (Lot 5 Sec 15 T8 S
R18E) To have and to hold the above granted bargained and 
described premises together with all and singular the rights and 
easements immunities easements and appurtenances thereunto 
belonging, or in anywise appertaining, unto the said party 
of the second part, and her heirs and assigns as her absolute 
property in fee simple forever. And the said Florida Land
and Immigration Company for itself and assigns, and for all 
others claiming by through or under it does covenant and agree 
that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents 
the said Company is seized of a Good and indefeasible fee Simple to 
the above premises and has good right to convey the same as 
it has conveyed the same free and discharged from all in
cumbrances and liens of any and every nature and description; and that 
the said party of the Second part her heirs and assigns shall qui
-etly and peaceably and may at all times hereafter have use 
occupy possess and enjoy the above described premises against 
all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same. And it will 
at any and at all times make such further covenants conveyances 
and assurances at the expense of the said party of the second part 
as she the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns or 
counsel learned in the law may require.  In witness whereof the said 
party of the first part has caused its Corporate seal to be hereunto affixed and these prese
nts to be subscribed by its President and resident manager the day and year first
