County of Alachua} On this Ninth day of July AD one Thousand
Eight hundred and Eighty four before me Saml J. Kennard a Justice
of the Peace in and for said County personally appeared Isaac
W. Bennett and Ella W. Bennett whose names are subscribed to
the annexed instrument as parties Thereto, personally Known to me to
be in individuals described Therein and who executed the
same and They and each of them acknowledged to me that
they executed the said instrument each respectively freely and
voluntarily for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
And I do further certify That Mrs. Ella W. Bennett wife of
the said Isaac W. Bennett did acknowledge to me on
an examination separately and apart from her husband That
she executed the same freely and voluntarily for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned, and for the purpose of relinquishing
all the claim title to on interest in said premises which
she may possess by right of Dower of otherwise without fear
or compulsion or under influence of her said husband
Wherefore I pray that the same may become a matter of
record. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal of office this the ninth day of July
AD 1884.

                          "Deed"
           This Indenture made the 24th day of November in
the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Eighty three
between Jesse Bogue and his Wife Mary M. Bogue of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the first and James
S. Skinner of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of One
hundred and Twenty five Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America to them in hand paid by the
said party of the Second part at on before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by These
grant bargain sell alien revise release convey and
