"Deed"

Alachua County } This Indenture made and entered into
this 12th day of October AD 1882 between J.D. Matheson in
his own right, Mrs A.S. Matheson his wife who joins
in this Deed for the purpose of renouncing and releasing
all her right of dower in and to the property hereinafter
described and conveyed J.D. Matheson as Trustee for
Elise W. Haile Elise W. Haile in her own right and
Charles E. Haile her husband who joins in this Deed
for the purpose of ratifying and confirming the act
of his said wife of the first part, and William
H. Johnson of the second part, All of the State and County
aforesaid, Witnesseth - That the said parties of the first
part for and in Consideration of the sum of One hun
-dred and Three Dollars and Twenty cents ($103 20/100) to
the in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these pres
-ents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
party of the second part all of that certain Lot Tract
piece or parcel of land lying and being situate in
the State and County aforesaid, Known and particu
-larly described as the Eastern subdivision of Lot
Eighteen (18) in the south half of Section Thirty two (32)
Township Nine (9) South Range Twenty (20) East, Said
subdivision being Two hundred and forty (240) feet
North and South, all of which will fully appear
by reference to a Map of Said South half of Said
Section Thirty two (32) drawn by Wm C. Miller and re
-corded May 13th 1878, in Deed Book "K" at page 203
of the public records of said County of Alachua,
Together with all the rights priveleges and appurtenan
-ces thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold unto the said party of the
second part and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee Simple, and the said parties of the first
part do hereby covenant and agree with the said party
of the second part that they have good and lawful right and
title to sell and convey the property herein described that
the same is free from all incumbrances whatsoever, that
they will and their heirs, executors and administrators
shall forever warrant and defend the same unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs execu
tors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
