part that they are lawfully seized of said premises; that they
are free of all incumbrance, and that they have good right
and lawful authority to sell the same and that they will 
warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims

examination separate and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge that she executed the foregoing deed of con
-veyance and joined in the same for the purpose of relinquish
-ing all dower or right of Dower in and to the premises descri
-bed therein and that the relinquishment of dower was made
freely and voluntarily, and without any fear or constraint from

day of May AD 1883 between Robert B Weeks of Hawthorne
in said State and County and his wife Martha J M
Weeks who joins her husband in this conveyance for
the purpose of relinquishing her dower in the lands here
-inafter described, parties of the first part and Sarah S Jolly
of the County of Alachua State of Florida of the second
