County of Alachua } This Indenture made and entered into this
seventh day of October AD 1882 between Charles F. Bailey by
James D. Matheson and James T. McMillan his attorneys in
fact of the first part and William H. Johnson party of the
second part witnesseth: That for and in consideration of
the sum of One hundred and seventy one dollars and ninety
five cents ($171.95/) paid to the party of the first part by the
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby ac
Knowledged the party of the first part has granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant bargain
sell and convey unto the party of the second part his heirs
and assigns forever all that certain piece parcel or tract
of Land lying and being situate in the County and State
aforesaid and more particularly described on W.C. Miller's
Map of the South half of Section Thirty two (32) Township
Nine (9) South Range Twenty (20) East said map record
ed May 13th 1878 in Deed Book "K" at page 203 of the public
records of said County of Alachua in said State of Florida
as the middle and Western Subdivision of Lot Eighteen (18)
East of said Subdivisions being Two hundred (200) feet from
East to West and Six hundred (600) feet from North to South -
Commencing at a Stake on the North West corner of said Lot
Eighteen (18) and running East (400) four hundred feet,
thence south six hundred (600) feet thence West four hundred
(400 feet thence North Six hundred (600) feet to place of
beginning.       Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong
ing or in anywise appertaining. To have and to
hold the same unto him the said William H. Johnson
his heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever
