certain Deed bearing date on the 28th day of June 1884 and
hereunto annexed personally appeared before me the aforesaid the
said William W. Brigg being personally well Known to me to be the
person who executed the said deed and acknowledged the same
to be his act and deed. Given under my hand and notarial
seal this 28th day of June A.D. 1884.

Wm W. Brigg To J.W. Rogers
                     "Deed"
This Indenture made this 28th day of June in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty four by and between William W. Brigg of
Washington, District of Columbia of the first
part and J.W. Rogers party of the second part:
Witnesseth - That the said party of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of Exchange of
property and one Dollar in lawful money of
the United States to me in hand paid the said
party of the Second part at and before the Sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold
aliened enfeoffed released and Conveyed and does by
these presents grant bargain sell alien enfeoff re-
lease and Convey unto the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns forever the following
described real estate situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida adjoining the Corporation line of
Gainesville to wit: All those 23 Certain pieces or parcels
of land and premises Known and distinguished as and
being Elliot & L'Engles addition to the town of Gaines-
ville Surveyed and plotted by John S. Banks County
Surveyor August 25th & 26 AD 1874 and recorded Same
date in the County Clerks Office at Gainesville aforesaid
- Said 23 lots or parcel of lands lying and being in
Section 33, Township 9, and range 20 in the County of
Alachua aforesaid and more particularly in Said Banks
plat as follows, Block one (1) Range Nine (9) Block
Two (2) Range four (4) Block four (4) Range Seventeen (17)
Eighteen (18) Nineteen (19) Twenty (20) Twenty One (21) Twenty
Two (22) and Twenty Three (23) - Block Five (5) Ranges
Seventeen (17) Eighteen (18) Nineteen (19) Twenty (20) Twenty
