Three (23) of said plat or map of said addition
to said Town of Gainesville the deed for which
was duly executed on the 3rd day of October 1879
by Henry Elliot for himself and also by him as
attorney for Edwd W. L'Engle and E.H. L'Engle and
recorded April 24th 1880 in Deed Book "L" pages
611-612 & 613 in Clerks office Gainesville Alachua
County Florida said Lots are more particularly
described and set forth in plat (Copy of Said Banks)
accompanying this deed & each marked Brigg in Red
pencil. Together with all the improvements ways
easements rights privileges appurtenances and heredi-
taments to the Same belonging or in anywise ap
pertaining and all the remainders reversions rents
issues and profits hereof; and all the estate right
title interest claim and demand whatsoever
either at law or in equity of the Said part of the
first part of in to or out of the Said pieces or parcels
of land and premises. To have and to hold the said
pieces or parcels of land and premises with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns to his and their sole
use benefit and behoof forever.
And the said party of the first part for himself
and for his heirs executors and administrators
does hereby Covenant promise and agree to and
with the said party of the Second part his heirs
and assigns that he the said party of the first
part and his heirs Shall and will warrant
and forever defend the said pieces or parcels of
land and premises and appurtenances unto the
said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
from and against the Claims of all persons Claim-
ing or to Claim the Same or any part thereof by
from under or through any other person or persons
whomsoever. And further that he the said party of
the first part and his heirs Shall and will at
any and at all times hereafter upon the request
and at the Cost of the Said party of the Second
part his heirs or assigns make execute deliver
and acknowledge all such other Deed or Deeds
or other assurances in law for the more Certain
and effectual Conveyance of the said pieces or
parcels of land and premises and appurtenances
