State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we J.H. Post
Alachua County   } and Mary C. Post husband and wife for and in consid
eration of the sum of One Dollar to us in hand paid by W.A. Strickland
J.G. Stokes J.I.P. Johns C.W. Little Lee Osteen Raphael Campbell and D.M.
White Trustees of the Paradise Church at Paradise Alachua County Florida
and their successors in office the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto W.A. Strickland J.G. Stokes J.I.P. Johns C.W. Little, Lee
Osteen Raphael Campbell and D.M. White Trustees aforesaid and their success
ors in office all the following described piece parcel or lot of land sit
uated lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida and
Known and distinguished on a map of the Town of Paradise Lot (25)
Twenty Five Block (61) Sixty one said plot being duly recorded in 
Plat Book "A" at page (4) public records of Alachua County -
To have and to hold the same together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto the said Trustees as aforesaid and their successors in office in
fee simple absolute, In trust however that said premises shall be
used Kept maintained and disposed of as a place of Divine Wor
ship for the use of the Ministry and Membership of the Methodist
Episcopal Church South subject to the discipline usage and minis
terial appointments of said Church as from time to time authorized
and declared by the General Conference of said Church and the
Annual Conference within whose bounds the said premises are
situated.  And we the said J.H. Post and Mary C. Post do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Trustees as aforesaid
and their successors in office that we are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good right
to sell and Convey the same; That the same is free from all in
Cumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that we will and our
heirs Executors and Administrators Shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto the said Trustees as aforesaid and their
successors in office against the lawful claims and demands of
any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same,  In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals this 23rd day of October AD 1890

The State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this 23rd day of
Alachua County       } October AD 1890 before me personally appeared
Mrs Mary C. Post, wife of J.H. Post the grantor in the foregoing
Conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges
before me that she did sign the said Deed of Conveyance for the
