State of Florida } This Agreement made and entered into on
Allachua County  } this 22 day of Sept AD 1890 by and between
Zachary T. Smallwood and Rachel R. Smallwood parties of the first
part and R.J. Camp B.F. Camp and John S. Camp, Composing the firm
doing business under the firm name and style of R.J. Camp & Brothers
parties of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the
first part in Consideration of One Thousand Dollars to them paid
by the parties of the second part, do hereby grant bargain sell and
Confirm unto the said parties of the second part and to their assigns
for and during a period of Five years from the date when the
parties of the second part or their assigns shall Commence the work
of digging mining and shipping of Phosphates from Phosphate works
soon to be established by them or their assigns, the sale and
exclusive right by their agents or employees to dig excavate mine
and take out Phosphates or Phosphate rocks off of out of and from
the following described lands located in Allachua County State of
Florida to wit; South East 1/4 quarter of Section Thirty Six in Township
(8) Eight South of Range (16) Sixteen East Containing (160 75/100) one
hundred and Sixty acres & Seventy five one hundred acres of land
by estimation, Together with full and convenient right of way and
fuel and easy ingress and egress to and from said lands over
and across any other adjacent lands owned by the said parties of
the first part with persons and property for the purpose of hauling
out or removing the excavations therefrom, In Consideration
whereof the parties of the second part or their assigns do hereby agree
and bind themselves to render and pay unto the parties of the
first part within thirty days after the same shall be taken out
of and from said lands at the rate of 50 cts per ton for each
and every ton of Phosphates or Phosphate rocks taken out or or
